The Client Resources Supervisor is a full-time position with day time hours. Job Summary:
The Client Resources Supervisor at MRCI is responsible for the security of all MRCI client records and all reports required to conduct client business, processing work related to client records and reports. In addition, the individual in this position is responsible for assisting in periodic client file audits. Reviews all reports for all programs to ensure the accuracy for all client files.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete, consistent and accurate MRCI client file. Assists with evaluation reporting, MRCI statistical reporting, reporting to Department of Human Services and Division of Rehabilitation Services.
- Responsible to maintain, train and facilitate appropriate staff in order to accomplish departmental objectives and maintain accurate client files.
- Responsible to prepare and operate within a departmental budget.
- Cooperate and collaborate with MRCI program staff to insure a quality client record system in compliance with all applicable standards.
- Comply with internal and external regulations and reporting requirements, maintain HIPAA regulated standards to safeguard in client information.
- Develop systems with insure appropriate clerical supports to all program functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalence and at least six years' experience in related areas, including extensive word processing experience.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Strong customer service skills, record keeping and file management ability.
- Knowledge of how to operate equipment such as scanner, laser printer, copy machine, etc.
- Ability to relate to coworkers in a close environment.
- Must clear a MN Department of Human Services background check as well as a physical
exam which will demonstrate the ability to perform the physical demands of the job.
