Production Coordinator

MRCI WorkSource in Mankato is currently hiring for a Production Coordinator. This individual is instrumental to the effective and efficient daily operation of production, which includes meeting production goals, training staff, training clients, maintaining equipment, maintaining the smooth flow of raw materials, and monitoring finished product both in and out of the branch facility and between departments.  

Hours: M-F, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Qualifications/Requirements:

· Minimum of two years production experience, including training of staff, training of clients in piece work jobs, handling of raw materials, inventory control, and quality control.

· Demonstrate an understanding of various types of production equipment

· Possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills

· Demonstrate knowledge of computer based office and manufacturing software. 

Education: High school graduate or equivalent
