Program Coordinator

MRCI WorkSource is currently seeking a Program Coordinator for our new East Park location in Mankato. The Program Coordinator at MRCI is responsible for the ongoing training and support to staff who are writing plans for clients. In the absence of the Program Manager or Team Leaders, the Program Coordinator is responsible to provide day to day supervision for the assigned department. The PC will be responsible for documentation oversight for assigned Licensed Program clientele, with special emphasis on high quality individual outcomes writing, quality assurance over data tracking and analysis of the paper work of others. In addition, the Program Coordinator is responsible to hire, train, supervise and coordinate an adequate pool of substitute Support Specialists to maintain quality services in the program areas.

Qualifications/Requirements: The Program Coordinator position at MRCI requires management experience in human services, and extensive knowledge of state and federal guidelines surrounding licensed programs.  The individual in this position must possess excellent supervisory and record keeping skills, as well as wide-ranging interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. In addition, the Program Coordinator must have proficiency in computer based office software, hold a valid Driver's License, and have access to reliable transportation.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a field related to human services plus one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to person with disabilities or persons age 65 and older and at least two years of management experience in human services.
