Program Specialist

Our Client Directed Services division in Kasota is seeking a Program Specialist. This individual is responsible for understanding and implementing all of the processes required for the CDS program. The individual in this position markets MRCI CDS services to county personnel and clients/representatives in private and public forums, assists to maintain a strong customer-focused culture, remains current with legislative changes and State and Federal rules and regulations that affect the program, and works independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications: The CDS Program Specialist position at MRCI requires at least three years of human services experience in the areas of customer service or direct service to
clients. In addition, the individual in this position is required to have
strong writing, reading and interpersonal communication abilities, as well as
strong problem solving and reasoning skills. The CDS Program Specialist
position also requires demonstrated proficiency in computer based office
software, including Word and Excel, excellent customer service skills, a valid
Driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability and willingness to travel
throughout Minnesota.

Education: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, plus at least three years of human services experience in the areas of customer service or direct service to clients.

Hours: M-F, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
